Design • Build

Our priority is to help clients come up with a design that both fits their needs and lays well on their build site. Our company can help modify an existing plan or customize a design. We suggest a few home plan websites for the clients to start to conceptualize what works best for them.

We pride ourselves on being flexible during the build to get your dream just right. Our team will make suggestions along the way to help you get your desired results.

Manage

Our company manages your entire project from start to finish. We schedule subcontractors and supervise all aspects of their work. Researching lead times to order materials in a timely manner to provide for a smooth and efficient project. We also schedule and/or coordinate all permitting and inspections with local offices.

Site

Our company provides site services including lot clearing, road building, water pipe trenching and installation, sewer and home site preparation.

Septic

We are licensed septic installers in the State of Tennessee and can provide that service giving one-stop shopping and providing for a seamless project.

About Us

Taking a Leap of Faith...

Kevin Aheron graduated trade school from Cambridge Ringe and Latin in Massachusetts in 1987. Through the years Kevin would begin to garner much esteem in the construction industry and started his first construction business in 1996. In 2016, his son Kyle, joined his father after he graduated from high school. From that moment forwards they worked towards running a business together. After Kyle gained enough experience to understand the space, they partnered up in business.

As a father-son duo, we specialize in home construction and are known for unparalleled efficiency in management, design and framing, as well as exceptional finish carpentry. Our altruistic nature on site has commanded the respect of many northern builders as well as our clients. Our work varies from home construction, commercial build outs, to brownstone rehabilitations, residential and restaurant remodels.

Amassing that level of respect, one might wonder why we would want to leave. Yet it is said that complacency is the death of progress, and so we began to foster ideas for change. We came to the belief that one cannot experience life's full opportunity if you never leave the place from which you started.

Ahead of the move, we presented the idea to the remainder of the family and gained the support of Nicole, Angus and Darren Aheron. Around 2020 it was set in stone; we would leave our home state and start anew elsewhere. What followed was a rather short decision-making process that resulted in east Tennessee. What couldn't this area provide? Kind folk, rolling hills with a beautiful mountain backdrop, and enough space to breathe. With that, it was official. The decision would pose great change to us all. Moving from the suburbs of north-east Massachusetts to the rural farm country in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains. We would embrace the change with open hearts and minds.

So, it was official, we would start a new construction company in Tennessee and Aheron Mountain Homes, LLC was born. With full support, we would be a fully family-owned and operated business; eyes set on becoming a name east Tennessee can trust.

Our new company will carry our virtues and passion for the construction industry and incorporate the individual strengths of our larger team.
